Would you like to motivate and develop team members, further strengthen engagement, and maintain the team’s current high performance? Would you like with your team to develop and support the business by securing efficient and flexible deliverables to all current internal and international customers? Then, you should be our next Associate Manager! The Position As Associate Manager, you will take full ownership of the coordination and execution of all tasks, as well as internal optimizations. The main tasks will be to:
  • Develop stakeholder relations to current production sites.

  • Anchor and secure support for the improvement ideas.

  • Expand the range of services the team has today.

  • Bring new ideas to the team to be explored further.

    • You’ll be responsible for giving the global scope of the organization, working closely together with colleagues from other teams in Site Support and Improvements. In this regard, the team engages in cross-team collaboration that assists the other teams in their respective fields. Finally, due to the global scope of the role, it is possible to visit international sites to see, learn, and inspire colleagues to take advantage of the team’s capabilities and deliverables. Qualifications This could be one of your first professional managerial role. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or physics.

  • International working experience will be an advantage.

  • Experience via LEAN or KATA will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.

    • You must have leadership potential, strong personal interest and supporting qualifications, such as leading innovation initiatives, project management or experiences from a coordinating role. Your track record provides examples of you successfully managing a variety of professional relations, at different levels, as well as practical experience from a significant coordinating role. On a personal level, you are full of energy and passionate about making a difference – these qualities come naturally and are evident in the first impression you make upon others. About the Department We are expanding, as are our complexity. This department in SSI is newly established. The department consist of 4 teams of highly skilled and motivated employees.
