The Position As associate manager you will be responsible and accountable for the Statistics & Data Science team with 10 dedicated statisticians. The team is responsible for delivering and developing the statistical input for all IFP sites, and SSI based projects. This is done in close collaboration throughout IFP ManDev, QA, regulatory Affairs, and more. Examples of other tasks in the team includes recalculating drug product specifications, collaboration in establishment of reference materials, training, and Data Science projects. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to guide, coach and lead your employees in the team. You set the direction for the team and mentor members of your team for individual growth. You will also: Collaborate with numerous stakeholders within IFP ManDev, QA, QC, contract and local manufacturing, and more.
Be responsible for effective resource allocation in your team.
Keep focus on driving performance and work with continuously improvements and innovation.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An education within the area of natural sciences.
Experience from pharmaceutic industry and people management.
Strong GMP and LEAN mindset.
Experience with statistics and Data Science is a plus.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.

Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions. People skills is a must.
