As a project coordinator you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and tracking our project activities. You will be a part of our leader team and work close with and refer to the departments Senior Director Kamilla. Your job function will be to support the departments projects and to drive them; Tracking and coordinating of budgets Status of projects and reporting Arranging project team meetings, prepare agendas and ensure follow-up actions. We are based in Bagsværd and are a department consisting of 200 dedicated employees from all work levels: operators, repairmen, technicians and supporters. Our primary task is to support sterilization equipment and the process to wash and sterilization of utensils/materials to our production as well as support our formulation process. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic level or a scientific background as an engineer, pharmacist, chemist or similar. + 2 years of experience in Aseptic Production (AP), preferably as Process Support, GMP professional, etc. Relevant experience within a GMP regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in both oral and written English. On a personal level, you are curious, not afraid to challenge yourself and you dare to take control and form an overview by e.g transversal projects or systematic problem solving. You have the ability to manage complex situations whilst keeping a high drive and being punctual. About the department You will be part of the department’s management team. The management team is dedicated and takes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the entire supply chain for our production.
