The Job We are looking for an ambitious and curious project manager to join our production department as soon as possible. We are currently in the last part of qualifying our production line for tablet production. The platform is to be used for commercial production and ramp-up as well as development activities, improvement and digitalisation initiatives going forward. We need a project manager to help us plan, coordinate and drive operational projects across our department, e.g. major equipment changes, platform qualifications, document upgrades and initiatives helping us to set sail to an ambitious journey towards a more sustainable tablet production. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the implementation of different operational and sustainability projects in close collaboration with equipment/process supporters, operators, skilled workers, and QA You will be one of our primary drivers of sustainability initiatives and projects focusing on waste reduction, minimized utility usage, recycling of used materials, etc. Since this is a new role for us, you are expected to be curious within this area and be willing to engage in different networks related to Novo Nordisk’s Circular4 Zero strategy You will be supporting management with ideas, status and risks related to projects and initiatives being started You are expected to be the primary driver in bringing new ideas and creative ways to life to ensure we can create and sustain a strong “projects-in-production” culture where we create time for both You will be our PM representative and point of contact for several cross-Site/company projects as to scope, local budget, resources, and support to management to ensure proper planning and execution Your Qualifications You have an academic background related to project management, health, natural science or similar or you have experience from managing minor or medium-sized projects or coordinating activities via your career or other activities Your experience has taught you how to communicate effectively and respectfully with many different stakeholders and to ensure timely delivery of tasks Planning and overview are trademarks for you, and you thrive with structures and the simplest way of doing things You are a trustworthy and good colleague who can observe and learn and support as well as set direction to realise your goals and deadlines. About the department ODFP is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 650 committed colleagues in ODFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future! Rybelsus 2G is the department responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of our new 2nd Generation Rybelsus tablet as well as the production platform supporting several of our future products. We already have approx. 45 employees onboard and we are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where we welcome new competencies and personalities. In Oral Development & Finished Products (ODFP), we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 based drug.
