The Senior Manager for IFP ManDev Business Development & Operations will be a part of IFP Compliance Portfolio Management & Business Support department, working with various internal and external stakeholders, reporting directly to the Director of the department. Key responsibilities include: Management and team leadership of app. 20 highly skilled and engaged colleagues
Development and deployment of the IFP strategy and drive the strategic agenda for ManDev to ensure we focus ahead and prepare production sites for the future challenges
Drive the quality, training, EHS, finance, investment, admin & facility agenda across Manufacturing Development (ManDev)
Overseeing the IFP ManDev project portfolio management
The position is ideal for a dedicated, highly experienced, and result-oriented manager who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative, international, and open-minded environment. Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar, combined with at least 5-10 years working experience, preferably related to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. To be successful in this position, your experiences include: Leadership experience from support functions and/or production sites
Pharmaceutical value chain insights to ensure the best decision making. Strategic insight to the company and able to balance short and long-term focus
Driving strategic and complex projects & activities across own department and other departments
Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English
We expect that you can work in a team environment and are highly motivated with a positive mind-set that can influence your cooperation within the department and with external colleagues. Additionally, you possess strong communication and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders with not being afraid to make decisions. Furthermore, you empower the organisation and take pride in individual development.

ManDev Business Development & Operations is a department with high complexity and cross organisational impact. The person that oversees this department is required to collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain and represent IFP ManDev in many settings - both internally and externally. IFP plays a key role in delivering products to our patients world-wide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 7.500 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally.
