We are seeking a LEAN professional to drive LEAN activities in our department CMC Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CSPS), which consist of five teams with nearly 90 employees in total. CSPS is responsible for packaging and shipping of products for clinical trials worldwide.
The position
A key part of the job will be: Projects improvement, conduct analysis, planning and ensuring implementation of new processes within the department to document productivity gains Training employees and managers in cLEAN® tools and mindset by anchoring CSPS specific LEAN activities and building a continuous improvement culture by engaging and inspiring CSPS employees Advising the department management team on strategic business issues through providing data based analyses and proposals with punch and impact Reporting to the management team on LEAN initiatives and progress will be required on a regular basis We offer you the chance of influencing the development of both processes and culture in CSPS where you will become part of an ambitious department in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
Qualifications Our ideal candidate possess: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field Experience in Lean and change management in both production and in an administrative setting Experience with flow optimisation and development of logistics and optimizing supply chains is an advantage We are looking for someone who is an experienced project manager, and a driver of nature. As a person, you should be analytical with a holistic overview of complex situations and with the ability to deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise. You reflect empathy and understand your customers’ needs and act accordingly. Good communication and facilitation skills are a prerequisite, and fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish is a must. About the department Our department - CSPS, consist of five teams with nearly 90 employees in total. CSPS is responsible for packaging and shipping of products for clinical trials worldwide. We are responsible for packaging and distributing products for clinical studies and we work closely with the rest of the Clinical Supply Chain at CMC to achieve our ambitious goal of delivering high quality products on time to patients worldwide.
