The position As Senior IT Business Partner, you will drive IT deliveries and IT ambition in Sourcing Operations, the unit in Novo Nordisk responsible for securing the sourcing and flow of all the materials used at our production sites globally. Your key responsibilities include: To contribute and coordinate the IT Strategy, IT Portfolio, align plans and prioritisations across the different units, working closely with the global IT organisation where we have a dedicated team supporting the business unit IT operations and project execution through the IT team Defining and continuously assessing IT needs and landscape across the business unit to determine resource and capability needs as well as making sure it will meet a growing and increasingly complex business Close alignment with the line of business and coordination on priorities Supporting and overseeing execution of IT Portfolio across the business unit. On top of that, you will also be working closely with Analytics and Digitalisation team to support project execution in their portfolio bringing Data, Digital and IT together. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor degree Have a background in IT compliance, operations, system management or IT projects, portfolios and strategies in a complex business environment Possess project management skills Be fluent in English both written and spoken. As a person, you have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You enjoy engaging with people at different levels within the organisation. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and gets inspired with critical problem solving. You possess a sense for detail and a strong quality mindset. Last but not least, you are able to understand the business need and have a keen interest in bringing your management skills to the next level. About the department Sourcing Operations ensure that our production sites globally have the materials they need to keep production lines running and meet patient demands in the market. We source raw materials, primary packaging and printed packaging materials, maintain specifications, plans and purchase, store and perform quality controls before the materials are released for production. We are operating mainly out of Denmark in Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg, but are expanding rapidly and are currently also setting up a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing production facilities there. We are approaching 500 people in the business unit and you will be joining our Analytics & Digitalisation team, working alongside 11 people.
