We are looking for a Product Architect to join us in Digital, Data & IT Supply Chain to ensure solutions are aligned with Guidelines and IT Standards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big difference in an international environment with a very ambitious pipeline, critical to the success of the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain Strategy. The position You will be working in our Plan & Purchase agile release train (ART) ensuring that the S/4HANA requirements are anchored in the agile teams. This requires collaboration and alignment with other Product Architects and System Architects to ensure consistency within the S/4HANA Program and the Agile Release Train. You will together with other architects from the area and the S/4HANA programme ensure that the right solution is implemented in the agile teams to support the S/4HANA migration planned for 2025. Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas: Ensure solutions are aligned with the DD&IT Product Supply (PS) Architecture and align the solution design with relevant architects across DD&IT. A close collaborator will be the S/4HANA Programme. Contribute to all activities from a technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations specifically on the Plan and Purchase value stream (SAP MM, SD, Master Data Automation etc.) Manage interdependencies within the agile teams in both Logistics ARTs and with the S/4HANA programme and other initiatives as well as business and system risk incl. timely escalation. Strengthen the collaboration between the ARTs and the S/4HANA programme ensuring the right solutions are implemented to support a successful S/4HANA implementation. Qualifications You come with a Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the Agile transformation.
We expect you to have: Supply Chain Solution experience within OMP, Opentext and Winshuttle (or very high interest in new innovative (cloud) solutions). Extended experience within Logistics with strong technical and process knowledge on planning & purchasing value stream (SAP MM, SAP SD; Master data etc). Ability to have a holistic view while also being able to go into the technical details when needed. Excellent communication skills in speech and writing Flexible attitude, proactive and able to take initiative Good understanding of agile framework (e.g. SAFe) and working in agile teams will be an added advantage Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
