Apply now! What’s behind the title? As our new Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Zero Trust operation and development and other security services. You will be responsible for owning and managing the Zero Trust product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our organization. Your work will contribute to providing secure and scalable cloud and network solutions that enable Novo Nordisk to deliver life-changing healthcare products and services. Besides, you will define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Zero Trust solutions, aligned with Novo Nordisk's goals, IT requirement and IT Security requirements. Other responsibilities include: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and improve the product along with developing and maintaining a roadmap for Zero Trust product portfolio Align strategy with other Product Owners in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features and prioritize features based on business needs, security requirements, and user feedback Creating, maintaining detailed product specifications to guide development and drive automation within the product Implementation Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery as well as collaborating with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly experiences Drive product deployment to 70,000+ users, coordinating activities and managing communication Monitor performance, collect feedback, and iterate on features for adoption and user satisfaction and also partnering with IT and security teams for seamless integration Collaborate with IT training teams to develop training materials and support the adoption of Zero Trust solutions across Novo Nordisk What we’re looking for? As an ideal candidate you have: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or cloud industry along with deep understanding of either cloud security, networking, or Zero Trust principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret user requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban as well as familiarity with product management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms. This department boasts over 400 employees dispersed across 25+ countries and is responsible for managing our Cloud and Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management, and Digital Workplace Services. Within C&CI, we have a team of 100+ individuals in 10+ product teams, consisting of both dedicated employees and skilled externals. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, we operate in a truly global environment with colleagues from around the world.
