About the department This role will be placed in the department of Commercial Digital, Data & IT. The department consists of highly ambitious and dedicated project managers and IT architects who support the commercial IT strategies by driving key IT initiatives. The projects and products in the Commercial Digital, Data & IT portfolio all seek to modernize and digitalize our commercial processes and improve our market impact.
The position As our IT Project Manager, your project will be among the strategically important in the company and will have top priority and support from senior management. This demands a high level of stakeholder management at all organizational levels in the company. Consequently, this role offers you the opportunity to manage the whole project.
Apart from working on your specific project, you will also be involved frequently in pre-project discussions and consulting with the business in an architect/SME capacity, allowing you to shape the commercial digital strategies and roadmaps.
The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. What we’re looking for? We expect you to hold a master’s degree (MSc) in business administration, engineering, computer science or other relevant fields with 5-6 years of experience in IT project management.
Furthermore, you have: Prior experience with commercial business processes, e.g., sales and marketing, is an advantage, as well as experience with CRM and Digital Marketing An excellent comprehension of IT and experience with IT infrastructure and have potentially worked on projects within the pharma industry You have a proven track record of delivering business value, scope, schedule and cost You display strong people management skills and have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks simultaneously while keeping an ongoing focus on results. Independence, cross-cultural understanding and fluency in written and spoken English are essential.
You are ambitious about your projects and career and interested in growing your skills as well as management expertise.
