If so, you could be the new Associate Manager we are looking for to handle training and QMS in Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) in Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM). The Position In the newly established role as Associate Manager, you will build and develop a team to define how GCM through its rapid journey of growth, can continue to remain in compliance, while continuously reducing complexity across project and operational functions. The team you will lead will consist of existing GCM employees and new employees that you will be expected to hire and onboard. The function will work largely independently, and you will be expected to set and drive the direction across GCM with respect to training, QMS and compliance. The main tasks will be:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of training and compliance requirements across GCM.

  • Ensure that the right systems are put in place to develop and maintain the right QMS across GCM.

  • Work with colleagues across QA and LoB to define and drive the most relevant compliance improvements.

  • Lead and motivate the team.

  • Provide professional sparring and guidance to team members in complex cases.

  • You and your newly formed team will be part of the Strategy and Business Development department in GCM. We work with our talented colleagues and management team across GCM to ensure strategic focus across Training, QMS, cLEAN, Project portfolio management, digital and analytics. The team is diverse in experience and background, but all share a high focus on team spirit and making time for fun and collaboration across the teams. You will work closely together with the other management colleagues across GCM and stakeholder functions across Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in relevant field.

  • GMP experience.

  • Experience from pharmaceutical production will be a plus.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • In a personal way you are outgoing and positive, focus on getting good results. You enjoy leading teams, have a high level of personnel and competent decision making within the team’s field of responsibility. You have excellent analytical skills and are well organized and structured. About the Department Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) is an area of approximately 150 people within Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality and IT. GCM establishes and operates outsourced production at Contract Manufacturing Organizations for Novo Nordisk. GCM is expanding rapidly in line with the growing need for capacity and increasing complexity across Novo Nordisk’s supply chain.
