The position
You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders within the global organisation. To address the increasing need for strong ethics and compliance you will be expected to help guide the global organisation and develop solutions to new and challenging issues in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
The position will offer you a unique opportunity to obtain valuable insights into Novo Nordisk’s business and will give you exposure to a large part of the global organisation.
The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
• Provide advice, guidance and training to the global organisation on ethics and compliance
• Draft and implement ethics and compliance requirements applicable to the global organisation
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure anchoring of ethics and compliance processes in the global organisation
• Preparing and providing, training, guidelines, and tools to our global stakeholders.
• Manage strategic projects with medium to high complexity
The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Qualifications
You have a good understanding of international business and have attention to detail and follow through experience from the pharmaceutical industry is not a must but will be considered as an advantage. You can both drive and participate in cross-functional projects and manage a complex stakeholder landscape. The ideal candidate have:
· A master's degree from a University or Business School preferably within law, business law, business administration or equivalent
· 0-2 years of experience perhaps working hands-on with compliance in a regulated industry (with training, providing advice, project management, risk management)
· Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
· Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels within a global organisation

About the department
The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s global ethics and compliance strategy and programme, which focuses on the prevention of fraud, bribery, and off-label promotion. BECO is also responsible for Novo Nordisk’s global systems and processes related to tracking payments to healthcare professionals, as well as compliance with data protection regulations and respect for human rights.
