Then apply today as you might be the Senior Data Analyst we are looking for in Sourcing Operations, where we focus on driving the most efficient inbound supply chain – from supplier to production units globally - and where the need to make decisions and explain developments with high quality data is more important than ever. The position As Senior Data Analyst, you will ensure a data foundation that on one side measures and manages the most important KPI’s for our business and on the other hand provides insight into the future allowing us to fulfil our strategic aspirations. You will use your curiosity and solid toolbox within data analysis to provide best-in-class performance management overviews and build sustainable solutions that covers the needs of both current and future operations. Key responsibilities include: Connecting the dots between multiple data sources to collect the insights needed Translating operational and strategic business needs into data points Developing and managing cross-functional dashboards supporting operations Building, maintaining and effectively managing sustainable data models supporting decision making Acting as analytical resource in larger strategic projects with pre-defined scope. On top of that, you will take a key role in driving the in-team definition of a best-in class data analysis framework. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we would like you to have: A Master degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain management, Engineering degree or any other relevant field At least 3 years of experience with data analysis Experience with ETL and visualization tools, preferably: Alteryx, Tableau and/or PowerBI Knowledge of SQL with hands-on data management experience with relational databases such as SQL server. It would be considered as a plus if you have a Supply Chain experience within Pharma or a similar regulated environment. As a person, you are structured, with highly analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. You possess the ability to translate complex logics into data solutions that can be used by the decision-makers. You have strong communication and collaboration skills. You pay attention to detail and make sure your work is always executed accurately and thoroughly. Last but not least, you know how to prioritise, manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and make real-time decisions. About the department
You will be part of the Analytics & Digitalisation department, which is responsible for building and managing data insights and drive digitalisation and innovation in processes within Sourcing Operations (SoOp) that has the overall responsibility for the incoming supply chain in Novo Nordisk and consists of 400 dedicated employees.
