The position You'll join a team of 10 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues in the Recovery and Purification Process unit. Together, you'll work hard to make high-quality products and improve the lives of patients. The team is supportive, collaborative, and committed to achieving common goals. You'll have opportunities to grow and learn professionally. Your job responsibilities include: Making sure we follow the rules by providing production support, managing change requests and deviations, qualifying, and validating activities, and reviewing electronic batches. Finding and fixing problems using A3 or similar methods, identifying what caused the problem, fixing it, and checking it worked. Working with other people inside and outside the company to make sure we all work well together and get things done. Looking at how we do things and finding ways to make them better and more efficient, so we can make more products that are better quality. Making our production process better, especially the parts that purify and recover things, by looking at how we do things, changing things, trying new things, and finding ways to do things faster and better. T he job may require participation in on-call-duty arrangements as needed. Qualifications To be qualified for this job, you need: Education in natural sciences and 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical production and development, including regulatory and quality management systems (such as GMP) and downstream process experience. Good knowledge of GMP and LEAN principles in pharmaceutical production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and quality-focused work style that meets deadlines. This position requires you to understand and communicate in Danish, and to have full working proficiency in English. You also need to have great time management and organizational skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your workload efficiently. About the department You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. Biotech & Rare disease (BRD) API DK FVII also more informal called ED2 consists of two departments (Production and Support), but we consider us as one unit, one house. Our main task is to produce Factor VII API to serve patient with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings. The job opening is in the Support dept. where you will join appr. 75 colleagues.
