The position
In our team we operate and maintain the IT & OT landscape of the production facility. We are passionate about what we do and work together as a team, sharing knowledge every day. Our tasks are very different from day to day, we: Upgrade servers and systems Patch and do security updates Maintain IT system and computerized equipment Support the customers Participate in and drive projects as well as digitalize the production site Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best condition to avoid unplanned production stop in the facility that operates on a 24/7 basis. Our team is located in the production site, to ensure that we can be close to the shopfloor, understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements, and drive digitalization of the production site. We work closely with our production colleagues on day-to-day operations, projects, and digitalisation. Qualifications
I order to qualify for the position, we imagine that you: Have a background as Data Technician, Computer Systems Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent. Preferably have 3-5 years of experience with IT, and maybe also automation. Have experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving. Have great communication skills in English and Danish, both written and orally, as you will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you: Have experience within network infrastructure and physical patching procedures. Have experience with the pharmaceutical or equivalent industry. Have a flair for hardware like tablets, scanners, printers, etc. Have experience with Agile, SCADA and PLC. Are well oriented with operating systems like Windows, Windows server and Linux, and you have managed IT systems, did validations in a GXP environment, handled changed request etc. Further, you will be expected to enter into a monthly on-call-duty agreement. Be aware that we expect you to be able to show a clean criminal record. On a personal level, we imagine that you are cooperative, with a customer-centric mindset, and it’s important to you that the team is having fun while at work. You have an open mind, are willing to learn, you are structured and proactive in your work, and will never compromise on quality. To succeed, you need to be able to keep calm and make quick decisions in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. You are curios, ask questions, and you can communicate on all levels of the organisation.
