The position As Senior Project Manager in our Agile Release Train, you will be responsible for driving, facilitating, and developing a roadmap and managing a backlog as well as prioritising initiatives across multiple delivery teams. You will be part of developing and maturing our agile setup with the release train and you will drive selected projects together with the teams.
Your job entails that you: Work customer oriented – actively engage with relevant parts of the organisation (our customers), understand the business need and prioritise initiatives accordingly
Support the delivery teams in the release train, ensuring sufficient capacity for the prioritised initiatives
Create and maintain a strong foundation, by driving standardised, harmonised and reliable processes that continue to adapt to constantly changing business needs
As the Supply Chain Senior Project Manager in the Agile Release Train, you set a clear direction for the agile teams with 100+ people (from both Supply Chain and Global IT). You are responsible for the product vision, the roadmap and to build and prioritise the overall program backlog. You will be working in close collaboration with the IT Product Managers, the Release Train Engineer, the IT Solution Architects, and the Business Owners. And you will also need to secure close alignment on priorities and dependencies across other Agile Release trains within NN. Qualifications
To be a successful in this position, we expect you to: Hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or any other relevant field
Have a significant experience and strong business insights within Supply Chain management – understanding the business processes
Be fluent in both spoken and written English
Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
As a person, you have a strategic mindset and the ability to quickly understand business impact of new initiatives. You thrive with complexity and taking the lead on problem solving and process optimisations as well as engaging with a broad stakeholder landscape.
