The position
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Vice President (VP) of Digital Transformation in Development. Your main responsibility will include supporting the VP and area with communicative, administrative, and practical tasks. With a proactive and service-oriented approach, you will: Manage the day-to-day activities for the VP, ensuring calendar management, meeting delegation, travel arrangements, and overall time management. Organise leadership meetings and assist with relevant agenda items, tangible actions and timely follow-up. Organise team off-sites and events ensuring an engaging work environment and seamless information sharing. Organise onboarding of new employees, ensuring welcome packages and all information are relevant and up to date. Master HR processes and systems to effectively support leadership with People & Organisation related matters. Responsible for financial support, including line of business budget planning and follow-up.
The VP of Digital Transformation will be working in the Søborg office regularly, but is based in Zürich, while most other colleagues in the area are working in Søborg on a daily basis. This means that contact with the VP will be partially virtual, and the role of the Personal Assistant as an ambassador for the VP and the area is crucial, as well as a certain ability to be self-driven and work independently. You will have frequent interactions and collaborations with other assistants across Digital Transformation and Development and be part of creating an optimal administrative team supporting the digital transformation agenda in Development. Your solution-oriented thinking will enable you to drive continuous improvements in a fairly new area.
Lastly, you will play an important role in securing an engaging and enjoyable workplace that will continue to attract, retain and develop curious and bright colleagues. Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, we imagine that you: Have extensive administrative experience supporting higher level leaders, preferably you have at least 7 years of relevant working experience within administration processes. Can communicate effectively and effortlessly, both verbally and written, in English at business level. Have experience as well as an interest in budgeting and finance.
We expect that you are independent, structured, and systematic in your way of working. You are enthusiastic and engaged, you deliver high-quality results, and you have attention to details regarding administrative processes and budgeting tasks. You are flexible and thrive in an environment with lots of great ideas!

About Digital Transformation and Development
The Digital Transformation area in Development is a newly created area consisting of approx. 30 people providing strategic leadership for our Digital Transformation strategy across the Development organisation. In collaboration with Digital teams in Development, the Digital Transformation area will identify new opportunities for utilising data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organisation. The Digital Transformation area will manage execution and prioritization of digital activities and ensure initiatives are coordinated and staffed appropriately across the organisation. In Development we strive to deliver best-in-class, innovative treatment solutions to the benefit of patients. We are responsible for managing development and approval of new drugs and devices worldwide, from early development phases to product launch and beyond.
