About the position As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will drive end-to-end associate manager (first line manager) recruitments. Your processes will be supported by sourcers (who finds the right candidates) and administrators (looking after systems and handle interview bookings) from our RPO. Therefore, your main responsibility will be to guide, advise, challenge, and support the hiring managers through the recruitment process from start-up meeting and all the way to the final candidate selection – while ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will join a team of TA colleagues who are all specialised within recruitments of a certain job category (eg. associate managers, process supporters and operators) and therefor have an in-depth understanding of the role requirements, candidate market and suitable recruitment strategies. Qualifications To succeed as a TA consultant for associate manager recruitments:
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar.
  • You have end-to-end recruitment experience where you have handled typically 80-100 hires (FTE) per year.
  • You have knowledge about leadership and experience with recruitment of leadership profiles
  • You are fluent in English.
  • It is considered as an advantage to have:
  • Experience with talent pipelines
  • Experience with use of assessment tools in recruitment processes
  • Furthermore, your drive and structure make it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You thrive in an environment where you work independently while creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details. About the department
    You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. You will be part of a diverse department of skilled TA colleagues who are recruiting for roles ranging from high volume recruitments to very complex hard-to-fill roles. To succeed, we work closely together, share knowledge, support each other as one team – regardless of what areas we support. Only by doing so, we are able to support the hiring managers the best way, and ensure that we choose the right sourcing and recruitment strategy for the actual recruitment. This goes for our Pipeline team, the wider Talent Acquisition DK team and our colleagues in other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition and P&O. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites in primarily Måløv, Gentofte, Hillerød, Køge and Kalundborg.
