Keen on driving and executing on change management initiatives within IT in Novo Nordisk? Working with us you will get the opportunity to engage with various project teams across the global Digital, Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) to solve business challenges through data-, digitalisation- and IT-solutions. The position You will be allocated to projects in a 6–12-month timeframe and will primarily be working with organisational change management (OCM) execution such as communication, training, presentations and stakeholder management. Examples of previous roles and deliverables are: Responsible for communication, training and change management to ensure successful implementation and roll out of new IT solutions Facilitate IT initiatives and projects in collaboration with colleagues in- and outside DD&IT, managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Develop training plans and training materials for a global IT system to ensure effective adoption of new skills and features Gather inputs and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand the need of the users and conduct impact assessment We are seeking an experienced profile with passion for Organisational Change Management (OCM) and IT. You are motivated for executing on change management strategies across all parts of the IT value chain in Novo Nordisk. You have a solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices and you can implement and deliver effectively on communication, training and change plans. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to communicate complex concepts and solutions in a simple manner. In any role, you will be given plenty of responsibility in key digital, data or IT initiatives in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to learn and share best practices to our team and be given the freedom to impact and shape your own role in DD&IT Business Consulting. The position allows you to deep-dive into IT relevant topics and systems to expand your technical understanding and knowledge. Novo Nordisk has a high focus on career development, and this position may be a steppingstone into other positions like Change Lead, Executive Assistant, Senior IT Project manager, Strategy Consultant etc. Qualifications To excel as DD&IT Business Consultant you are curious, have an open-minded learning mindset and easily adaptable to changing business contexts. The role and work in DD&IT Business Consulting is based on the need of the business, therefore tasks and responsibility can vary. Master’s degree in IT, Communication, Business, Strategy or another relevant field At least 2 years of experience in Change management 2-4 years of experience in consulting, or project related work Strong understanding of best practices and frameworks within change management (i.e. Prosci or similar) Proven track record of delivering successful change management plans for complex IT projects Adaptive, and able to quickly engage in any team you enter Strong communicator, excellent facilitator and able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes Strong interest in IT, digitalisation, and data Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite Understanding of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a benefit About the department We are a team of 14 young and highly engaged internal IT business consultants with mixed backgrounds and profiles.
