The position As Training Supporter you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems. Some of your main focus include: Supporting management in ensuring effective, efficient and compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes, as well as helping stakeholders to choose the right training methods and activities Applying a fact-based, and data driven approach to demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change Driving and facilitating workshops to coach local trainers from line of business so they will be qualified to consistently deliver training according to the current standards within learning Carrying-out process confirmation on training maturity and setup Actively seeking opportunities to enhance learning and human performance by supporting effective training content development as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools and job aids Most tasks are currently based on a demand from our line of business, but several projects should be executed soon across our organisation directly within training. Therefore, you could expect to being involved either in supporting the project or being the project manager yourself. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Either have a relevant academic background within learning science, psychology or any other similar field, or have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation Possess a previous experience within a learning environment Be fluent in English, both written and spoken It would be considered as an advantage if you already worked in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food or aviation industries for example) as well as having a previous experience with lean and/or behavioural design or project management. As a person, you possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines. About the department You will join our Business Support team within our Strategy & Business Development department (as part of Sourcing Operations). The team is very diverse in its functions, supporting line of business with administrative, training, lean, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety-related tasks. Within the team you will work closely with the other training professionals. You can expect to have a large degree of independence within your work and at the same time, have the chance to collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation.
