The position In our department, we are fascinated by the power of data and what we can achieve through it, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our growing team to help us accelerate that journey. We are seeing a high demand & growing interest in our digital landscape, capabilities, and insights, and we need your expertise to make this evolution in our customer engagement approach. Novo Nordisk is on an exciting transformational journey within customer engagement. We are looking to step up our game when it comes to omnichannel and leverage data to deliver more personalized customer experiences and enhanced commercial execution of strategies that ultimately lead to better patient outcomes. Among many things in this role, you will: Support a wide range of global stakeholders on a day-to-day basis with insights generation and implementation in collaboration with vendors and internal analytics team Inspire and support us in elevating both a data-driven mindset and leveraging our analytics capabilities to the entire organization Acquire deep expertise in the analytics landscape & digital ecosystem while addressing challenges and opportunities in elevating our digital analytics maturity globally. Promote best practice guidelines & raise awareness of successful digital marketing activities, inspiring global & local teams to learn and adopt from these good case references. Qualifications We expect that the right candidate possess: Deep experience within Customer Engagement Analytics, website optimization, data collection, personalization, and insights generation Profound understanding of the technical aspects of data and analytics Preferably coming from an analytics & insights advisory role in a consultancy or larger corporation Relevant academic degree Fluency in English On a personal level, you are a great team player and good at stakeholder management as you will be working across a complex matrix organization. You have a data-driven and analytical approach to your work, and it comes natural for you find solutions and see opportunities.
