The position As Communication Partner, you play a key role in prioritising and executing leadership communication efforts locally as well as forming communication across our Senior Vice President (SVP) area. You are responsible for crafting and improving communication across various internal platforms, all while effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities include: Acting as communication partner to selected VP areas, overseeing key communication processes such as change communication, strategic and leadership communication Prioritising, preparing, and executing VP communication, facilitating best practices in change communication, visual identity, content creation Effectively using internal communication channels and planning meetings and events to support strategy deployment and leadership communication Collaborating with the SVP Communication Partner and the area’s communication network to contribute to the communication function and align communication efforts Handling incoming media requests and advising local leaders and wider business on external presence and employer branding. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should: Hold a master’s degree in communication or in a closely related field Have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a communication partner in strategic communication, leadership communication, change management, and event planning/execution Possess expertise in advising leaders on communication matters and selecting effective communication tools and channels Demonstrate project management experience, including delivering communication strategies/plans and ensuring implementation Bring strong journalistic and editorial skills, with the ability to tailor information for diverse groups and simplify complex matters Showcase fluency in both verbal and written English. It would be considered an advantage if you possess proficiency in both spoken and written Danish. As a person, you are a team player and have an eye for details, you are confident in your communication toolbox and thrive when crafting efficient, targeted messages and various communication materials, you are good at prioritising and keeping calm also when time is scarce. You can work on your own, taking ownership of your assignments, and ensuring learnings and improvements are captured along the way, you have a strategic mindset and can translate strategic priorities into tangible and actionable content. About the department You will be part of CSD, responsible for a broad range of processes across the Product Supply value chain. This includes strategic sourcing and sourcing operations, manufacturing and development of devices and needles, management of all contract manufacturers, as well as local manufacturing. We are a team organisationally placed in the SVP area’s Business Support unit, responsible for strategy development, deployment, and communication across the area, where we work closely together to achieve our goals.
