Let’s talk about the role You will be part of a cross-functional agile team, whose main focus is to support and maintain the Cold Chain solution in Novo Nordisk, Novo Nordisk Temperature Zone Web (NNTZW). The team is working according to the Scrum framework. Key responsibilities:
  • Provide essential functional support for NNTZW
  • Analyse and resolve operational issues within NNTZW
  • Collaborate closely with NNTZW stakeholders to comprehend their needs.
  • Document requirements for upcoming NNTZW changes
  • Deliver functional solutions aligned with specified requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Training of NNTZW users
    • The skills we hope to see To be a strong candidate for this position, we expect that you can tick off most of the following boxes:
  • Bachelors/Masters in IT or another relevant field. Alternatively, you may bring other relevant business experience.
  • Possesses a strong grasp of cold chain processes experience with NNTZW functionality
  • Experience with Good x Practice (GxP)
  • Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
    • Furthermore, you demonstrate proficiency in Scrum methodologies, data extraction from Oracle databases using SQL, and experience in test planning and execution within TIMS (HP ALM). This is complemented by a strong background in ITIL and a familiarity with the development lifecycle We are seeking a dynamic team player who excels in collaborative environments while demonstrating the ability to work independently. Possessing strong time management, organization, and communication skills, the ideal candidate prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and engages in stakeholder management across diverse cultures and time zones, demonstrating fluency in spoken and written English, our corporate language. About the DD&IT Product Supply DD&IT Product Supply is an area responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. This includes SAP logistics modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management(MM), Advanced planner Optimiser (APO), Plant Maintenance(PM), Quality Management(QM), Production Planning and Process Industry(PPPI), Warehouse Management(WM/EWM), Advanced Track and Trace for pharmaceutical( ATTP), Global Batch Traceability (GBT) modules which are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and they are used 24x7 by thousands of NN users worldwide.
