The position The world is changing fast and so is Novo Nordisk. The demand for scalable, secure, and innovative AD & cloud solutions in Novo Nordisk is high. To meet the strong business demand and growth in our area, we need to mature our core access management and Identity technologies. As a part of this we are taking additional operations responsibilities and we need your expertise in streamlining at driving operations of AD services. Your key responsibilities will include: Mature and take part in operating our classic related infrastructure capabilities like AD, DNS, DHCP and PKI to ensure secure and reliable services to support the growth in our business segments Be a point of escalation for change, incident and problem handling providing advanced technical support to 1st and 2nd support teams from supplier site What we scout for For this position, we hope to get a candidate on board who can tick off most of the following requirements: IT related education, preferably at BSc level or higher, and/or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience within IT infrastructure and AD services for both on prem- and cloud-based solutions in a large enterprise Understanding the concepts of Azure Cloud technologies, like Azure Conditional Access, Azure AD, Azure Identify Management, Azure AD Identity Protection and Federation services Hands-on experience working with core infrastructure services like, MS ADDS, PKI, DNS, DHCP and the interaction between cloud and on-prem resources in a hybrid environment Subject matter expertise on security requirements for both cloud- and on-prem technologies to management and the business we support Experience with insourcing or outsourcing Infrastructure services from a regulated industry is a plus As a person you have a strong passion for creating results and find it natural to take on responsibility within your domain. About the department and the team You will join a global product team of IT colleagues belonging to Identity Access Management and Security Access Management (IAMSAM) in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (CCI), which is part of the department Global IT Operations. The product team supports across our Agile product areas belonging to CCI and other parts of Global IT Operations. As the role is based in Denmark (DK) you will be a part of a local department in in CCI DK, consisting of a group of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for cloud architecture, Identity Access Management, and infrastructure monitoring. You will report to the People Leader of the team. The IAMSAM team consists of 15+ team members from Denmark, India, and US. We are accountable (architecting and engineering) for technologies such as MS ADDS, Azure AD, several federation services and SSO, Azure MFA, Azure Conditional Access, DNS, DHCP and PKI.
