Apply today and join us! About the position Our company is seeking an IT Quality Assurance junior to be trained by our API QA Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT/OT systems comply with current procedures and requirements from health authorities and that our internal and external requirements regarding IT/OT GxP systems are met. As an IT Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring that our computer systems are validated and qualified according to best practice guidelines. You will also participate in IT and automation projects across the API, ensuring that systems and changes are both GxP and security compliant, as well as appropriately validated. Some of your responsibilities could be: Work closely with System Managers, System Owners and other stakeholders ensuring compliant implementation, operation and retirement of IT. This includes advising on the creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions. Provide input and guidance on how quality may be ensured, striving for simplicity and avoiding overprocessing. Review – and possibly approve - documents (procedures, reports, plans, etc.) for compliance. Have oversight of IT Systems and processes for compliance with internal and external requirements. As IT QA, handle and approve deviations and change requests related to IT systems. Identify compliance issues and take steps to having them addressed. Assist SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) authors in creating content which complies with authority and internal requirements. Assist stakeholders in presenting cases at authority inspections and internal audits. Represent Quality in projects: Provide input to validation planning, IT risk management and validation strategy. Review and approve key project deliverables, and release IT Systems for operation. Consult with colleagues in QA to promote a common approach to IT Quality across API QA. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related field Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Quality Assurance Curious about cGMP and ISO, computer validation, IT and automation systems (e.g. process control systems), and computer cGMP and GAMP Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required On a personal level, you should demonstrate a strong quality mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills, personal flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in teams. We participate in projects around the improvement of our production setup and take part in cross-functional activities advancing the use of new innovative and existing technology. The IT Automation department is a part of Business Support IT & Future Operation.
