At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. Our production processes are complex, and the factory is an important part of providing quality products to patients globally. Hence, we depend on our ability to produce 24-7 and handle operational challenges effectively. In 2024 we will establish a new team for Facility & Utility Operations responsible for two key deliverables: Monitoring our supply systems to our production area and ensures our operations 24/7. Maintenance tasks in our production facility as well as our utility systems (HVAC, WFI, BMS, clean steam, etc.) We are looking for a team leader to take up managing the new team and your key deliveries will be: Lead the team by providing clear direction and conduct daily performance board meetings to ensure appropriate prioritization and coordination within the team Utilize efficient planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure necessary process support for optimizing production stability and efficiency Foster individual and team development to enhance performance and promote high engagement Collaborate actively with departments management team and provide sparring on quality issues Drive a lean mindset where continues improvement is key You will report to our new Senior Manager for Production Support and join the local management team together with two other team leaders. You will have 12 people in direct reference. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Hold an academic degree in engineering, natural science or similar. Have experiences and a proven track record in facility, utility or similar Are a proven operational leader with a balanced performance mindset Have a proven track record in process optimization Are effective in stakeholder management and collaboration Hold great communication skills Are great at motivating others You have a LEAN mindset and a growth mentality as it will be crucial for your ability to foster a culture where people constantly learn and grow through ongoing development and feedback. Finally, you need to be able to communicate effectively in both Danish and English.
