As a Technical Maintenance Student Assistant, you will mainly support the operation of different office building portfolios. You will gain insights into driving maintenance operations through external vendors, and support on various improvements and smaller projects. Our office portfolio is rapidly expanding and currently, it consists of approx. 200.000 square meters primarily based in Bagsværd, Gentofte, Søborg, and Ballerup.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
  • Supporting minor technical tasks and team projects
  • Maintaining, analyzing, and utilizing data for insights and various improvements
  • Contributing with technical knowledge
  • Being responsible for minor operational areas
  • Ensuring well-functioning AV equipment in collaboration with the IT department
  • It is expected that you can work on average two days a week (around 15 hours). The working days will be agreed upon with the manager, and we provide flexibility within exam periods.     Qualifications
    You are a Student who is currently enrolled in a study of Marine Engineering or similar fields with ideally around 1,5-2 years of studying left.
    To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect that you have:
  • Fluency both oral and written in Danish & English
  • A can-do attitude with a service mindset and stakeholder management skill
  • Excellent data competencies and curiosity in driving both personal and professional development
  • General knowledge about one or more elements within technical maintenance such as HVAC, electricity, and plumbing
  • As a person, you possess strong communication skills since you will be in daily contact line of different stakeholders: businesses, vendors, etc. About the department
    Corporate Facilities is a department that belongs to the Finance, Legal, and Global Solutions area, and it comprises approximately 300 employees from diverse professional backgrounds. We focus on the Novo Nordisk core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures (campuses, real estate, utilities, workplaces), facility management services as well as security operations; progressing a major project portfolio; and partnering with all areas of the business to create tangible business results.     To specify, you will be a part of the Office & Waste Operations department which is in Bagsværd and consists of 18 employees, who are responsible for driving maintenance in office buildings and handling waste across all Danish sites.
