The position As IT Partner in Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance and Drug Product, you will gain an in-depth understanding of our IT landscape and the supply chain footprint of Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with central stakeholders regarding security, lifecycle management, and IT compliance, while also driving relevant initiatives locally. Your key responsibilities will include: Facilitating the local roll-out of corporate or local IT projects Supporting the rest of the team in assessing and executing relevant IT activities as part of our digital and data projects Mapping corporate requirements and handling all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with IT requirements Serving as responsible for IT for our organization and our CMOs, including during audits Coordinating and assisting the IT system management and representing our area in the different forums Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold a degree within Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field Have experience with IT Projects implementation and administration of IT systems, within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food industry for example) Possess a strong quality mindset and excellent communication skills Are fluent in English, both written and spoken As a person, you are a great communicator who brings a “can-do-attitude” to the team and who enjoys interacting with a broad range of stakeholders around the company. You are curious and flexible. You would enjoy learning new tools or solutions that can benefit GCM, and you are always ready to step up for our line of business when problems arise. About the Department The position is placed in GCM Analytics and Digitalisation an international department which support two Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas: GCM Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP). These areas are responsible for Novo Nordisk's outsourced manufacturing and source Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), semi-finished products into Novo Nordisk production and deliver finished products to customers world-wide. The GCM Analytics and Digitalisation team is composed of 11 people, covering positions such as Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Data Scientists and Project Managers. Our responsibility is to drive innovation towards our external production in collaboration with other units in the Novo Nordisk supply chain. You will be based in Søborg and join an international, dynamic and fun environment characterized by innovation and openness.
