Apply now and join our Digital,Data & IT Team in Denmark! About the role As our new End-Point Management Specialist you will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting and fixing issues across Windows 10/11 that are causing a performance impact for our end users

Responsible for conducting Performance Impact Assessments together with line of business to understand any proposed changes to our Windows 10/11 client platform

Ensure that our existing PC performance baseline is monitored and any changes to it are investigated and remediations are put in place to bring the baseline back up

Collaborate with other product SME’s and architects to ensure consistency in pc performance across different infrastructure technologies such as it-security, network and identity management

The skills we hope to see To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Extensive technical knowledge about hardware, software, and network components that can affect the performance and user experience on a Windows-based device.

Proven track record in troubleshooting performance issues on Windows based end points along with 5+ years of experience managing Windows 10+ based end points in an enterprise setting (SCCM, Intune)

At least 10 years of infrastructure management experience as well as strong background in using performance monitoring tools such as Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Performance Monitor to identify and diagnose performance issues

Knowledge of common performance issues that affect Windows 10 endpoints, such as high CPU usage, memory leaks, disk I/O bottlenecks, and network latency

Ability to analyse system logs to identify errors, warnings, and other events that could impact system performance

Knowledge of SAFe or Agile framework

The ideal candidate for this position should have a quality mindset, great communication and analytical skills, as well as be open to feedback and able to work independently while paying attention to deadlines. You should also have a solution-oriented and curious mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, as well as the technical aspects of our services. Moreover, you should possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills along with excellent stakeholder management skills, especially towards technical colleagues.
