We are seeking an IT QA Principal Scientist with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong quality mindset to join our team. The team is providing support in design and construction of mammalian cell culture, fermentation processes, purification processes, utility equipment and automation/IT including industry 4.0 technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance across the different investment projects and ensure the highest quality products for our patients. The new facilities are for pharmaceutical production and must be designed in accordance with cGMP requirements (current Good Manufacturing Practice). Your key responsibilities will include:
• Partnering closely with various stakeholders
• Taking part in every project stage and acting as a crucial quality and validation collaborator with fellow project members • On regular basis visit project/site in different locations inside of Denmark to drive cross-collaboration and improvements Your ability to communicate and explain GMP requirements to project team members and stakeholders will be crucial to your success. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we envision that you possess: • An academic degree within science or equivalent • At least three years of experience in aseptic production and GMP within the pharmaceutical industry • IT/OT implementation and/or system validation • Ideally, have experience with robots and automations systems • Proficiency in English The ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of aseptic production, quality assurance and/or experience from working as QA. With your good cooperation and communication skills you are able to organize and drive tasks. You have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong interpersonal skills. You are detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset and are a team player but are also able to work independently. You thrive on working across departments in an international organization.
