You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the Target Architecture to ensure it remains relevant. You will collaborate with other solution and system Architects across the organisation to maintain the target and drive the architecture network. Your responsibilities will include working on various tasks related to guidelines and IT standards, solution space roadmap, architectural runway, and technical alignment and guidance. Some of your key tasks encompass: Translate IT/OT strategy into requirements and ensure technical alignment within the site towards the IFP strategy Define standards and align them across different sites, driving IFP solution guidance and challenge process Keep IFP aligned with the global DD&IT strategy by closely collaborating with the PS architecture team Be a process group member, responsible for solution vision, context, intent, and roadmaps of the architectural directions of the site Contribute to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations Provide a hands-on approach and in-depth proficiency in facility technology. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: At least 10 years of experience as an IT/OT Architect or similar in a global organization Extensive experience in implementing Target Architecture part Experience in highly regulated industries, such as Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing, is considered an advantage Fluent in both written and spoken English. As a person you are positive, responsible, and self-driven. You should have strong networking and collaboration skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive and visionary mindset. In Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), we are driving change at the forefront of digital healthcare. We partner with the business to support digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain – from idea to patient. We accelerate digital value creation through standardised, efficient, and secure technology platforms – the foundation for everything digital in Novo Nordisk. You will join a department of around 10 people with a broad responsibility ranging from strategy execution, agile transformation via security to IT architecture. We support global Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (PS IFP) part, which supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. PS IFP is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we fill, assembly and pack all the insulin products in Novo Nordisk. We are approximately 10,000 people working in five different countries Brazil, China, Denmark, France, and USA operating seven factories/sites. Working at Novo Nordisk
