We are looking for a Global Partner Lead for Digital Health Distribution to join our Digital Health Partnerships team. The position As a Global Partner Lead you will be part of the Digital Health Partnerships team that is located in the VP area “Digital Health Partnerships and Commercialization (DHPC) that is located in the Diabetes Therapeutic Area. As a Global Partner Lead for Digital Health Distribution , you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strategic collaborations and partnerships that support the scalability and adoption of our Digital Health offerings for people treated with Novo Nordisk medications.
  • Take ownership of partnerships, including developing business cases, negotiating contracts, guiding roadmap development, planning launches, monitoring KPIs, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various functional areas across Novo Nordisk to ensure partner support team members have the necessary competencies, training, and engagement to execute on project plans.
  • Establish the strategic direction for the partnership in accordance with the commercial strategy.
  • Lead the development of business cases and value propositions for partnerships.
  • Provide operational guidance to optimize the scale and adoption of Digital Health solutions and/or partner integrations.
  • Incorporate best practices from previous projects and consider cross-portfolio/functional requirements and implications when initiating new projects.
  • Drive the completion of complex global DH partner integration projects with assigned partner companies, with high internal and external global and strategic impact.
  • Ensure proper internal and external communication on the progress, risks, and strategy of assigned projects related to partnerships by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration that can impact Novo Nordisk's environmental goals and drive the Sustainability agenda.
  • ***Please note that this is a temporary position that will last for 18 months, with the possibility of working remotely.*** Qualification To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Possesses a Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study.
  • Completed formal project management training.
  • Has at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in understanding IT QMS, SaMD as a service, and other Digital Health-specific regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to successully implement and drive the adoption of Digital Health solutions, including connected devices and/or DTx solutions within healthcare systems.
  • Proven track record of developing patient engagement strategies that maximize adoption of Digital Health.
  • Strong understanding of key channels for scalability related to Digital Health, including experience with global and/or regional roles in Pharma or related businesses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations related to promotion activities to patients and healthcare professionals in the healthcare sector.
  • The Department The Digital Health Partnerships and Commercialisation Area is an essential enabler for Novo Nordisk 5D strategy in Diabetes and across value chains. We identify, establish and drive sustainable and impactful Global strategic Digital Health partnerships for patients to achieve better treatment outcomes and support HCPs by providing valuable insights generated from our connected devices and Digital Health offerings.
