. Do you want to influence the way we design our future SAP system and have a large range of contact with stakeholders across our organization? Do you excel in optimization and implementation of IT projects and always keep compliance in mind? Then you might be our new colleague in Product Supply Finance.
The position
It will be your responsibility to have the global functional ownership of our financial SAP template. In this role key tasks and responsibilities include: Provide support to users in Line of Business related to SAP ECC, optimization of master data and product costing related processes, including managing changes. Challenge and proactively make recommendations to improve the system and data foundation. Drive and/or participate in projects across our production master data setup. Ensure efficient use of our production accounting platform within the finance community through governance, user support and training of colleagues across the globe. Furthermore, you will bridge the gap between our business needs and the opportunities and challenges in our data model in SAP ECC (FI/CO). You will contribute to our reporting model by combining your knowledge of business unit needs, our business processes and how the transactions eventually are consolidated in financial management reports. In this, you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on the line of business and influence the way we design our system processes.
You will drive and/or participate in optimization projects and be responsible for reviewing the way our master data set-up is working and be playing a key role in the development and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, which is planned to be fully implemented in 2025.
Qualifications You hold a relevant Master´s degree in Economics, Finance, Data scientist or similar. You have a proven track record of minimum 5 years of relevant SAP experience in large organizations – preferably from a manufacturing setting. You have a solid understanding of business processes, and you are compliance minded. You are able to understand highly complex financial requirements and how these are supported by our SAP ECC solution Strong stakeholder management skills, and are comfortable in English, verbally and written in order to communicate with people on different levels of the organization. About the department
You will be part of an ambitious finance department which strives on delivering world class production finance to balance short-term decision making and long-term growth in Product Supply. Our department is anchored in Bagsværd and consists of 20 employees divided in 2 teams whereas your team act as centre of excellence in production accounting for Novo Nordisk Product Supply: ensuring a strong SAP foundation with a focus on supporting the operations and development, training, accounting and costing guidelines within a Sarbox mindset.
