Let’s talk about the role As Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and prioritizing features on our new integration platform based on Confluent Cloud. The integration product team deliver services on several integration technologies for the implementation teams across business areas, supporting some of the most important projects. You will have focus on managing and providing services on the Confluent Cloud platform getting your hands dirty with tech, but also taking feedback from the implementation projects and continuously improving the platform and services we deliver. Your main responsibilities will be: Leading the architecture for our Confluent Cloud Kafka platform Defining the feature roadmap and ensuring best in class services in collaboration with the product team Implementation of new key features for the platform, such as Apache Flink Continuously optimize services related to the development lifecycle and ensure efficient operations of the platform Advance the implementation of automation within the platform Ensure that the distributed teams across Novo Nordisk utilizing the platform, can work efficiently and remove any impediments along the way Participate in delivering Kafka solutions on the platform supporting critical business area projects Mentor platform specialists on the team Skills we are looking for As an ideal candidate you need to have: +5 years of professional experience including specifically integration space and working with the Confluent Cloud platform/Kafka Proficiency in utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, like Terraform A strong background and hands-on experience within delivering an integration platform to many distributed teams including best practices and governance Previous exposure to leading and delegating work to platform specialists and other team members, while maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the right solution Qualifications which include solid experience with software development, cloud, and integration incl. DevOps pipeline development. As a person you shall have passion about development. Beneficial would be if you have active presence on GitHub or other OSS platforms with publicly available code that will help us assess your skills.
