For an introduction to our area - CMC API Pilots - please visit our career page The Position As an Associate Manager you will lead 11 individuals who are passionate about driving performance and fostering employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will be to: Plan, model, and optimize across our production areas and supply chains.
Use data & standards to improve production planning, ensure optimal flow, yield, and utilization of production areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations and achieve long-term ambitions.
Manage Business Data solutions, including standardization, storage, and creation of Manufacturing Intelligence solutions.
Provide end-user training sessions, ensure data quality, and develop new end-user tools to enable the creation of value and insights with data.
Your key responsibilities will include driving performance, fostering employee engagement, and being part of a management team with 3 leaders. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications (all required): A relevant degree in Biochemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Data Engineering
People management experience
You have a working experience with Supply Chains, Production/Mathematical Modelling, Production Optimization/Lean and/or Data Science (is required).
Knowledge within Data Handling, e.g. Alteryx or SQL .
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
While not a requirement, knowledge, or experience with Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing will be considered a plus. About the department As part of PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set. Our department supports production areas in Bagsværd and Gentofte, called CMC API Pilots, ensuring the supply of API to Research and Development clinical trials. The Planning & Business Data Team is part of a organisational unit consisting of three teams working closely together within optimization of Health & Safety, Production Planning and modeling, Training, Quality, Digitalization, Data Science, IT, and Automation. We are a team of 40 people located in Søborg, close to Copenhagen. Working at is its people.
