We are on an exciting journey to migrating the NextGen PAS-X system, at 20+ sites in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years. Our department, MES CoE, delivers top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore you will be part of an area with high focus from executive management and exciting challenges. More specifically, as our next Principal Project Manager, you will among many areas and tasks have responsibility for the following: •Manage the portfolio of migrations NextGen PAS-X projects of varying size and complexity with high executive management focus
•Govern and support the migrations in partnership with vendor
•Achieve business benefit through owning and safeguarding the use of the project execution model
•Stakeholder management and communication with line of business and vendors, including budgeting
•Coordinate and keep track of project execution and proactively support any impediments and potential delays
•In charge of the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching and lead the migration support team, consisting of internal and external resources
•Ensure change management, funding and a solid handover plan for the business The role fits someone with extensive project leadership skills and experience since you will be responsible for one of the most critical IT Migrations in Novo Nordisk with many stakeholders and high attention. Qualifications As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done, while maintaining a good relationship to stakeholders and colleagues and being open to adapting to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs. To be successful in this role, we require the following:
•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field
•5+ years of strong senior project management experience (stakeholder management, project budgeting, governance skills and communication skills)
•Pharma/regulatory industry or production/supply chain knowledge is a requirement
•Experience with implementing IT systems as analyst, consultant or project manager is a requirement
•Experience with MES systems (E.g. PAS-X) is a strong advantage
•Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage About the department
The department, MES CoE is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing MES - a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work together with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
