Are you an experienced finance partner and can you drive change across a global organisation, and can you see yourself advising and supporting key stakeholders to drive excellence in projects in a multibillion DKK investment portfolio? If so, you could be our new Finance Partner within a newly established division in [xxxxx] based in Gentofte, Denmark. Apply now! The position As our new Finance Partner, you will drive the budget and financial management at SVP level, and oversee the various projects and organisations anchored in the project portfolio. You will be involved in multiple business cases towards senior management and will interact with multiple stakeholders anchored in HQ functions and project organisation stationed across Denmark.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Finance partnering across our Portfolio Projects, and act as Key Account Manager for three of our project organisations.
  • Drive the annual financial processes to ensure successful resource allocation (AB/RE)
  • Analysis of data and creation of insights to support senior management decision making
  • Drive standardisation and coherence agenda across the project organisations.
  • You will independently drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels of the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications: To be considered for in this role you have:
  • A MSc. in Finance , Business Administration, Economics, or other similar academic degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance controlling and partnering setting e.g.
  • No less than 3 years experience with Management Consultancy
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion.
  • You can effectively communicate and confidently set directions in developing business cases, while also constructively challenging stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
  • We are looking for a professional, who is motivated by driving strategic projects and is able to navigate in high complexity and priotize workload within tight deadlines. You will be working with execution of business strategies and therefore you must be able to manage confidential information. For this position you are required to speak and write in fluent English.     ‘Fill & Finish’ is a newly established division within [xxxxx] and oversees the largest investment portfolio within [xxxxx]. The multi-billion portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored.
