We are looking for two students to join our team of sustainability communicators responsible for driving the internal and external communication on our Sustainability efforts and ambitions at Novo Nordisk. The roles will be split, so one focuses primarily on Social Sustainability, working on our Health Equity agendas, and the other on Environmental Sustainability, working on our climate agendas. The roles will be to support the communication initiatives both internally and externally. Our activities focus on motivating employees and keeping them informed on our sustainability activities and targets.
Your responsibilities will be included, but not limited to:Editing online newsletters Developing communication materials i.e.: social media content and Viva Engage Driving communication via internal web pages as well as producing various campaigns Support updating and maintaining key communication assets such as performance overviews, position papers, and presentations Practicalities:Internship period: 8-12 months Working hours: Full-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Start date: 1 April 2024 or as soon as possible Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows it A Danish full-time work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently studying for a master’s degree within a relevant field such as Communication or Marketing. It would be highly preferable if you have experience or shown interest in related fields to either social or environmental sustainability, for example:social: public or global health, or something similar environmental: decarbonisation, circular economy, biodiversity, or something similar To succeed in this role, you should have:Fluency in both spoken and written English Strong communication and project management skills Experience in developing different communication materials and social media, especially in creating a newsworthy story As a person you are service-minded, can juggle several tasks at a time, and bring a can-do attitude. Besides, you take the initiative to strengthen your skills in corporate communication and cross-cultural project management.About The Department
You will become part of a team of 7 communicators in the Global Sustainability Communications team. It is a part of the Global Sustainability & Public Affairs department driving a broad range of sustainability areas within the EVP area Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs.
