The position The Training Professional plays a central role in ensuring the most effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development best suited for the business area. In this role, you will be primarily Support training projects within Sourcing Operations Quality Assurance (SoOp QA), such as Simple Training Administration Project and other Change Management Projects in scope. Other tasks will include to: • Support management in the onboarding of new employees by providing an introduction to training and the relevant systems • Foster the collaboration across SoOP QA teams for collaboration toward an overall training strategy • Be the Content Overview Responsible for SoOp QA • Drive the Process of Job Function Coordination for SoOp QA • Being the point of contact for all training related questions for the employees of SoOp QA Most tasks are currently based on a demand from our department, but several projects should be executed soon across our organisation directly within training. Therefore, you could expect to being involved either in supporting the project or being the project manager yourself.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: • Have an academic degree in training, education or other relevant subjects • Have experiences in training coordination roles in corporate environments • Have experience working with digital training and/ or Quality systems • Preferably have experience in training administration • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken It would be considered as an advantage if you already worked in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food or aviation industries for example) as well as having a previous experience with lean and/or behavioural design or project management. As a person, you possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. Thanks to personal drive, you focus on improvement opportunities and are able to execute projects independently and proactively, securing that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
About the department Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of marketed products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located all over the world.
A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work. In total, we are 65 dedicated employees divided into 4 teams working closely together. We collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and all over the world. You can expect to have a large degree of independence within your work and at the same time, have the chance to collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation.
