Production at is rapidly evolving with new production lines and products are being introduced. Consequently, we are seeking quality-conscious employees who can the release of our products.
You will be assisting the department in:
• Regular collaboration with production to find effective, pragmatic solutions.
• Maintaining an objective patient focus to ensure the highest possible product quality.
• Handling review and release processes, SOP updates, customer complaints, trend reports, deviations, and major and minor projects.
• Acting as a sparring partner for production and support departments regarding quality and compliance.
• Being physically present in production.
• Engaging in professional sparring within the team and maintaining daily dialogues to ensure necessary compliance and quality standards are upheld.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:
• Have an education that at a minimum support the Danish Medicines Agency's requirements and expectations for an expert person (Qualified Person, QP) in a pharmaceutical company, e.g. pharmacist, veterinarian, chemist, biologist, or equivalent. This is an essential requirement as you should eventually be able to release our products.
• Ideally, have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and preferably have been involved in QA-related tasks.
• Ideally, have experience with the assembly or packaging of medical products.
As a person, you are detail-oriented and thorough, asking curious questions when reviewing documentation, seeking further clarification when necessary. You possess strong communication skills, as you will frequently provide and receive feedback to production and lead strategy meetings on quality matters. You thrive in a team environment and are dedicated to the group's success.
About the Department and Team
You will become part of a well-functioning team, consisting of approximately 25 employees (still growing) out of a department of approximately 85 people. Our primary task is to ensure that both quality and compliance are maintained in the assembly and packaging of FlexPen®, FlexTouch®, and Ozempic® products for diabetics worldwide, as well as Wegovy®, which is 's medicine for obesity.
The team is self-driven and plans and distributes tasks on their own. We always work together and ensure that our team's skills are utilized to the best of their ability. Both the experienced and the most recent additions to the team all contribute to our daily success as a team.
