Together with your team of 15 colleagues, you will ensure the products we release as QP Delegates, lives up to the applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Participating in daily problem-solving sessions with production colleagues to ensure QA oversight.
• Assuming a central role as a QA professional, involving decision-making and setting directions for Quality.
• Requiring strong collaboration, time management skills, and a solution-oriented approach when working with both production and QA colleagues.
We have a collaborative working environment with a desire and a will to solve challenges through open and honest dialogue. We believe it takes a village to succeed and we work together as a team because we have great belief, faith and take care of each other. We always work on improving our way of working and we appreciate new ideas, an open-mind, and continues improvements.
We are looking for two new colleagues to join our team for an 8 -month maternity cover – hopefully you will be able to start already 1st of May 2024.
Qualifications
We seek a colleague who fits in with the team both professionally and personally who shares our passion for quality, problem solving and LEAN principles. Additionally, you are open, honest, responsible, and inclusive towards your colleagues in both QA and production. You thrive in a dynamic environment with firm deadlines, challenging existing methods, taking responsibility, and initiating action, including managing your own projects and working independently. In addition, we expect:
• You have a master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent education (for example MSc. Chem Eng or MSc. Biology).
• It is an advantage if you have experience with QA, batch release, aseptic production and GMP production.
• Furthermore, it is important to have the right quality mindset, and be adaptable, curious and a strong will to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Danish.
As a person you are proactive, ambitious, and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards, including ensuring that new ways of working are implemented smoothly and finding the right root causes to problems. About the department
At IFP QA BA in Bagsværd we are responsible for quality assurance and compliance in the aseptic production of diabetes and obesity products. Our uniqueness is to ensure a high level of quality assurance of a broad portfolio: from the production of insulin to the newest products and technologies coming into production. IFP QA BA consists of more than 50 dedicated and engaged employees who are divided into four different teams – Operations, AP release, QA release and Project team.
It is our responsibility to ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of the quality system of . Our mission is to provide the Highest Quality for Patients. To achieve this, we ensure a high level of quality basis in close cooperation with production, whilst having a key function in releasing the Novo Nordisk Diabetes and Obesity products to the market.
