The position
In this role, you will work across Quality Systems with different stakeholders within Integration and across organization. You will be part of a newly established Quality System Integration Office working closely together with the team in different integration projects.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Drive the integration of QMS processes in Quality Systems
• Establish activity plans, present, and follow up on execution of activities
• Conduct risk management and mitigation activities, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans to keep the projects on track
• Support the Q Sub-stream Lead in the integration projects plans and activities
Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, dependencies, and potential challenges, and develop comprehensive project plans to address then.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a Marsters’ degree in Engineering or other relevant life sciences subjects
• Have extensive experience as project manager with relevant project management training
• Have gained experience withing the pharmaceutical or other GxP regulated industry
• Preferably have Quality Management Systems knowledge and experience
• Are fluent in English Any precedent exposure to Mergers & Acquisition/Integration processes will be seen as a clear advantage.
On a personal level, you are structured, a team player and a great collaborator always having a positive attitude. Finally, you have excellent stakeholder management, coordinator-, and communication skills. About the department
Quality Processes, a part of Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems at Novo Nordisk. We ensure that our processes comply with regulatory requirements and operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, process management, Quality Management Review, Quality Risk Management, Metrology, and reference materials. Further, we support the Quality System area in integration of Quality Processes. Our ambition is to build a robust and simple quality management system that can support in maintaining world-class quality in the future. The position is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Senior Manager of QMS Operations.
