This position will be situated in Taastrup from September 2024, and the office presence is expected at minimum three days weekly. The position As a senior cLEAN Project Manager, you will be part of the Emerging Technologies (ET) QA New Entry & Support leadership team, where you will report to and work alongside the director and her team to drive operational excellence and develop Lean Maturity in our department. You will be part of a team of Lean Project managers with the aim to continuously improve the way we operate and identify best practices to implement across ET QA. Some of your main tasks will be:
  • Lead and guide the department in the implementation and adoption of Lean principles and methods.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize Lean initiatives.
  • Coach the Director and Managers within the frame of NN cLEAN® Supply System and good Leader Standard Work practices.
  • Ensure full implementation of the elements in the NN cLEAN® Supply System throughout the department (both leadership, academy, assessments & continuous improvements).
  • Advise the leadership team on Lean principles and systems, as well as on the future direction for Lean in the area in collaboration with the Lean colleagues in ET QA, PSQ and LoB.
  • Drive local and/or cross-functional initiatives to support ET QA and stakeholders’ strategic initiatives.
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold an academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field.
  • Have experience working with LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
    • It will be considered an advantage if you are proficient in Danish. As a person, you:
