As a CSRD Expert within Climate and Nature, you will have a key role in shaping our efforts on integrating climate and nature into our reporting and operations. Our environmental strategy, Circular for Zero, is based on our ambition to have zero environmental impact. As a CSRD Expert within Climate and Nature you will contribute to data collecting and driving the implementation necessary for reporting minimizing the environmental impacts from our products and protect nature and biodiversity.
To support us towards zero environmental impact, your main tasks will include:Driving implementing of environmental policy concerning climate and nature Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements on climate, biodiversity and nature and resource uses aspects e.g. by the EU CSRD Collecting data and driving the implementation necessary for reporting Provide support on scenario analysis and identifying climate and nature related risks and associated financial impacts Provide support for organisational CDP disclosure on e.g. climate and water risks and scenario analysis Coordinate and lead the process of TCFD reporting, including disclosure of climate-related risks and opportunities in line with the TCFD/CSRD recommendations. Furthermore, it is expected from you to support and collaborate with standard setters, internal, and external stakeholders on climate & nature related topics and to translate reporting requirements to .Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will have following qualifications:Master’s degree in finance, sustainability, environmental engineering, or another relevant fields You have 4+ years of experience in the ESG reporting and sustainability fields Strong data analytics and stakeholder management skills Good knowledge and understand of CSRD & environment disclosure Project management experience Proficiency in English, both orally and written

We develop and deploy environmental strategies, run cross- organisational projects, drive environmental intelligence and ensure internal and external communication leading to a reduced environmental footprint. The department consist of 20 dedicated project managers and specialists, all highly engaged in driving the environmental strategy of .
