We are looking for a new Supply Chain Project Manager to join the S4 HANA team anchored in Digital Supply Chain. The position You will be part of OrderFlow4Future Project aimed at strengthening and supporting our Global Supply Chain for future growth by designing and implementing a template with focus on building a flexible supply chain with more standardized processes. You will act as our Solution Workstream Lead in the OrderFlow4Future Project, where your focus will be to drive the execution and project management of the three workstreams. As Solution Workstream Lead you will be responsible for managing and aligning activities across workstreams and key dependencies, including managing broad stakeholder landscape, coordinating across functional areas. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuous progress according to plan and ensures high quality in main deliverables across the workstreams, being accountable for timely delivery according to plan. Part of the role is also to ensure a close collaboration with other projects transforming our supply chain processes simultaneously. The project is part of an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks. Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required: Strong project management skills in a global setup, including experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups across the entire Supply Chain Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead workstream teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive consensus on key decisions. Experience in managing change within complex organizational structures, including the ability to drive adoption of new processes and solutions. minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager within Supply Chain experience from the Pharma Industry and working with GxP processes. master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations. structured, goal oriented and good at coordination have high level of initiative to drive the right processes and deliverables. a natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have an excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
