About the team | Strong cooperation
In our team we specifically work on creating insurance for private customers. We are responsible for both developing the digital insurance platform as well as developing new products.
You will be part of our strong Private IT Development-team, which is partnering with Tryg Privat. Our team is characterized by an unpretentious culture, strong skills, and a positive atmosphere. We are 30+ dedicated colleagues who are allocated to 2 SAFe ARTs in various agile teams in roles such as RTE, SA, Scrum Masters and team members with skills as Business and Technical analyst. Other stakeholders are Product Management and Development-teams, where you will work on maintaining and bridging our strong cooperation.

Be a servant leader and facilitate ART events and processes, and supports teams in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, an eager eye on removing impediments and helping people, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
You lead people in the Tryg organization by being the good example, inspiring and providing insights in how to rethink organizational structures, and how to build and grow a thriving agile organization. You have the stamina of continuous improvement and ability to link the old with the new world and help organization and people change.

About you |Be a servant leader
You have in-depth knowledge of and solid experience with Lean and Agile Methods. You may have been working as a Release Train Engineer for a few years. You master the role, know the nuances and can independently assess when to be a servant leader, when to coach, when to be an expert, when to facilitate and when to move on. Besides, you have a strong foundation in at least one of masteries in the agile coaching competency framework.

- Facilitate PI planning readiness by continuous exploration that drives the Roadmap and backlog trough a Pre- and Post-PI planning events
- Manage, improve and optimize value flow through commercial ART. This is done by focus by implementing and improving practices around DevOps and release on the demand.
- Contributes to coach the teams to collaborate and have a Lean mindset
