If so, we are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance, Test & Validation team. The Position
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring the integrity and regulatory compliance of our IT systems. You will be part of a dynamic team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues and ensuring these solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Implement our Compliance & Validation Framework across our process automation solutions
• Identify and address compliance gaps, ensuring our IT systems meet all relevant regulations and standards
• Increase compliance capabilities through staff training, empowering our staff to maintain and enhance compliance in their work
You will report to the Head of Compliance, Test & Validation, Volker J. Jentzsch (VJZ). The position is based in our new offices in Ballerup, Denmark. Qualifications
We are looking for a team player who is motivated by ensuring the integrity and regulatory compliance of IT systems. You thrive in an agile and dynamic environment, where priorities change rapidly. You enjoy challenging the status quo, you are enthusiastic, and show a high degree of initiative and engagement. We expect that you have:
• B.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing compliance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of IT GxP compliance, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharma or healthcare
• Proven expertise in Organisational Change Management, including Process Flow Analysis and Value Chain Mapping based on LEAN principles.
• Extensive experience in staff training and capability development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail As a person, you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with a high degree of structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. We focus on ensuring the integrity and regulatory compliance of our IT systems and increasing compliance capabilities through staff training.
