As Senior Manager, you will drive the innovation strategy with a focus on setting the strategic direction in deploying innovative solutions that increase QC performance and paves the path for our ambition to create a digital and automated QC. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop strategy, support goal setting and drive innovation in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) QC area Manage and prioritise a portfolio of projects in close collaboration with BRD QC management and other QC areas Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges, innovation opportunities, and possibilities for closing the gap Facilitate exchange of knowledge and experiences with other similar or related functions in NN to ensure best utilization of all available internal and external know-how to the greater good in NN Manage the team, including timely identification and onboarding of relevant resources and competences needed to support strategies and priorities Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring these qualifications: A relevant degree related to Life Science, Engineering or similar field. A master's or PhD would be an advantage Relevant experience from quality control or production At least 5 years of experience in people management in an area with a broad stakeholder group A proven track record setting the strategy and building new ideas successfully in the portfolio of projects as well as building and maintaining relationships and networks on a cross functional level and with higher ranking stakeholders Professional proficiency in English As a professional, you are comfortable being challenged by senior stakeholders and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. You are an experienced and proactive leader who leads through others and sets clear strategic direction. You have demonstrated the ability to manage complex projects and cross functional teams. On a personal level, you have a high level of credibility, personal engagement, and energy. Moreover, you can motivate and make all participants focus on the agreed deadlines. You are result oriented with broad business understanding and high analytical skills. You can manage flexible workloads and high pressure and can manage conflicting interests without stress. Quality Control is the part of BRD where we are responsible for supporting the production with chemical and microbiological analyses. In this way, we ensure that our life-saving medicine for people with serious chronic diseases always has the right, high quality. We are more than 350 colleagues located in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg. We drive improvements and innovation by, for example, working with Industry 4.0 to make the process faster and more seamless for the benefit of patients.
