As our IT Operations Manager for maintenance and support function, you will oversee day-to-day operations in the European time zone, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective prioritization, ensuring engagement, motivation, and Operational Excellence within teams. The key responsibilities include: Service & Delivery on business needs and SLA while coordinating with Service Managers Optimization & Automation by ensuring data-driven operational excellence while collaborating with Product Owners to prevent recurring incidents Managing Major and Critical incidents, while following up with root cause analysis and mitigating actions Collaborating with Product Owners and People Leaders on resource allocation and service transitions The skills we hope to see Degree in relevant field with preferably more than 10 years of experience in IT industry, preferably in the pharma industry or any regulatory industry. 7 or more years of experience preferably in operations management (Incident, Problem and change management, including inventory management, supply chain, and production processes) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems. Experience working with ServiceNow, with understanding of data and analytics to drive improvements. Previous experience with optimization and automation. As a person you have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills would characterize how you are working. About the department
