In recent years Novo Nordisk has made significant gains in changing our EHS culture. We are a growing company, and we want to reinforce our EHS journey even further and therefore we are looking for a new EHS Supporter. The departments As our EHS Supporter you will be part of two isolator filling departments. The departments (Isolator Filling Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products in Gentofte) are responsible for aseptic production using isolator technology. We are approx. 200 colleagues who work in an engaging and respectful atmosphere, where the focus is on the quality of our products and our individual development. Currently, we operate an insulator filling line and are implementing two more insulators on the site.
About the job: You will become the voice of Environment, Health & Safety for and you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our EHS standards and program. You will collaborate closely with employees, management and other EHS Supporter and promote a culture of safety: Develop and implement relevant and compliant EHS standards for both operations Simplify and harmonize the way of working in Novo Nordisk in accordance with NN Management Systems Monitor, target, and report EHS related metrics and KPI’s Develop and deliver EHS trainings Work collaboratively across the business to share EHS risks, learnings and best practices Support to our sustainability work and reporting Qualifications: BSc. in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Chemical Management, or related fields 2-3 years’ experience in EHS, preferred in a GMP regulated environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in Problem-Solving methods A full professional proficiency in English and Danish Application and contact If you have any questions about the position, please contact Associated Manager Maria Joost Jacobsen on tel.: +45 30751242
